PartyStreak ("we", "us", "our") operates partystreak.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2.1 Data you create (stored locally ONLY):

Your activity categories, daily check-in logs, and app settings are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. We cannot access this data. It never leaves your device unless you export it manually.

2.2 Analytics data (Google Analytics 4):

With your explicit consent only, we collect: anonymous usage data (pages visited, time spent), browser type, device type, country (not city), referral source.
We do NOT collect: your identity, your habit data, precise location, names or email addresses.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)

Consent (Art. 6.1.a): analytics only with your explicit consent via cookie banner.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f): improving product quality using anonymous data.

Local data: until you clear it.
GA4 data: 14 months (Google's default).

7. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics 4 (consent-based only).

No other third parties receive your data.

8. International Data Transfers

GA4 may process data outside the EU.
Google is certified under EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision).

9. Children's Privacy

PartyStreak is not directed at users under 16.
We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy.
